3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order may not register or use the bigbunnyph Platform.
3.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of bigbunnyph and its affiliated companies are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the bigbunnyph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. bigbunnyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bigbunnyph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. bigbunnyph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification. bigbunnyph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your bigbunnyph Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bigbunnyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at bigbunnyph's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Verification. bigbunnyph reserves the right to conduct identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
5.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. bigbunnyph will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.
5.7 Currency. All transactions on the bigbunnyph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
6.1 bigbunnyph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bigbunnyph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus credits and free spins that are not used within the specified promotional period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
6.5 bigbunnyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on the bigbunnyph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of all games is determined by this RNG and is not influenced by bigbunnyph or any third party.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, bigbunnyph reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
7.3 Disconnection Policy. bigbunnyph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the Player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
7.4 Each game available on the bigbunnyph Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigbunnyph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bigbunnyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 bigbunnyph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 bigbunnyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 bigbunnyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where bigbunnyph has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, bigbunnyph reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed.
12.3 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting bigbunnyph support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bigbunnyph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent bigbunnyph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
